They are familiar with the various issues and challenges youths face in today’s society, including family issues, peer and social issues. The staff are committed to helping youths find their individual strengths, while at the same time helping them discover and develop new skills and interests. They have extensive knowledge and experience working collectively with outside resources (i.e. schools, medical professionals etc.) to provide support and consistency for the youths with regards to overall treatment planning.

All OFGH staff are committed to the well being, (and) healthy growth and development of each youth placed in our homes. This is evident in our successful nutritional and recreational programs we offer, and our work within the community.
